Our Mission

The formation of Hearst Family Homes came as a natural progression from Ryan & Nikki's combined knowledge and experience in 

construction, real estate, and design. 

Ryan has worked in construction and carpentry for over 20 years, learning the latest and most innovative building techniques and practices with a focus on high-end luxury homes. His experiences include everything from structural elements all the way to high-end custom millwork and finish/trim carpentry. From new construction, building decks, renovating and finishing basements, completing home additions with luxury interior finishes, and being a certified door and window installer, Ryan's knowledge is comprehensive. 

Nikki has more than 20 years of real estate experience and is a Missouri Licensed Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty Gundaker. In prior years, Nikki worked in bookkeeping, consulting, construction, remodeling, and new home construction. While working in property  management, Nikki's various roles included oversight of operations for a maintenance and general contracting company, managing portfolios of dozens of multi-family communities, HOA's, and condo associations.  In addition, she is gifted and passionate about interior design. She has applied her passion to serving as the designer for many HFH clients. 

Outside of work, they have 4 wonderful children and enjoy being involved in their children's activities and sports, serving in their church, traveling, and spending time on their family farm.   

Ryan & Nikki work with their clients as they navigate through the process, offering their combined experience and expertise from design and selection through completion of the project.  They find great joy in serving their clients and are honored to be your trusted advisors.
